Northern Lights Twirl Team

Northern Lights Twirl Team is based in Spruce Grove, Alberta and draws upon athletes from across the Parkland County region. We offer recreational, per-competitive, and competitive baton classes. We also offer optional classes in dance technique, acrobatics and strength training.

Would you child like to give baton a twirl but are unsure of what it entails? We offer 8-week introductory classes throughout the year and is a great way to get introduced to the sport of baton! Students learn basic baton skills. The classes will run for 45 minutes once per week and have a parent watching night at the end.
