You can embark on a rewarding journey of self-improvement to get to know yourself better, get more grounded, improve your life, find happiness and live in personal peace on a daily basis. Use the practical wellness program as a straight to the point blueprint for wellness to achieve your own specific goals while avoiding time consuming and anxiety provoking pitfalls.
Week One – Where do I want to go, and who do I want to be?
Week Two – Understanding my own self and managing stress.
Week Three – Communication and connection
Week Four – Self-Regulation Skills (relaxation, meditation, mindfulness). Self- report/How am I doing?
Week Five – Finding patterns and untwisting them
Week Six – Launch Pad – Focus on individual goals
