This workshop will allow participants to learn the impacts that growing up in an addictive family could have on adulthood well-being years later. The participants will learn strategies and tools that could allow them to process their emotions and allow for focus on the here and now. By the end of the workshop the participants will leave with a greater sense of understanding how their past could be impacting them and how they can continue to use the learned strategies and tool to increase their well-being.
